10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quant Systems Limited shall not be liable for:

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the applicable service within the preceding 12 months.

12. Termination

Termination does not remove outstanding payment obligations.
